You are hereby summoned to attend the MEETING of INGLEBY BARWICK TOWN COUNCIL to be held on TUESDAY 15th MARCH 2022 commencing at 7.00pm in the FIRST FLOOR HALL, THE RINGS COMMUNITY HUB, THE RINGS, INGLEBY BARWICK.

1. Housekeeping – Announcements to be noted.


2. Notice of Meeting – Public Notice has been given in accordance Schedule 12 of the Local Government Act 1972.


3. Apologies for absence – To receive and accept apologies from those members unable to attend.


4. Declarations of Interest – To receive any declarations of interest.


5. Public Participation Part 1 – The Town Council has allocated a total period of 10 Minutes for Public Participation which will be separated into 5 minutes now and 5 minutes prior to the Exclusion of the Press and Public.


6. Enforcement – to receive update report from the Enforcement Service


7. Minutes of the Town Council Meeting held on 15th February and the Special Meeting held on 8th March 2022.

10. Freedom of Information Request - To detail two requests under the Freedom of Information Act and associated outcome regarding the Rings Community Hub Flag Pole and Public Open Space Adoption.


11. Town Council Policies – to agree the following Town Council Policy:-

12. Borough Councillors’ Reports - To receive written reports from Borough Councillors.


13. Ingleby Barwick Communities – Written report from the Chair of Ingleby Communities, Councillor J Kirby.


14. Finance – Monthly reports - to receive and approve.

17. Date of Next Town Council Meeting – The next Town Meeting is to be held at 7.00pm on Tuesday 19th April 2022 at the Rings Community Hub.
